Payment and taxes

We accept online payment in a secure environment by Credit Card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch.  If you would prefer to place your order by phone then please call us on the number above.
Prices are inclusive of UK sales tax, which is 0% for baby shoes.
For overseas orders, any customs or import duties levied once the package reaches your country will be your responsibility. Any cost incurred for refused deliveries due to import tax will be withheld from the refund to the customer, along with any shipping cost incurred in initial despatch.

Delivery

Shoes are delivered in a gift bag that is ideal for going through letterboxes. For special occasions we can also offer a luxury gift box and gift card - make your selection at time of order and don't forget to include a short message at the checkout.

Orders for delivery within the UK are sent by Royal Mail standard class.  There is no extra charge for delivery in the UK.

Like the best foods, our shoes are prepared to order.  Please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

Orders to overseas customers are sent by airmail small packet.  There is an extra charge of £2 per order to cover the additional cost. However, deliveries outside of Europe are sent by courier which incurs a shipping cost of £20. Overseas deliveries can take up to 21 days.

Ordering in time for Christmas Delivery

The table below details the cut off dates for ordering in time for Christmas delivery by Royal Mail.

*PLEASE NOTE - These cut off dates are based on dates provided by Royal Mail. Delivery cannot be guaranteed in adverse weather conditions.

We are closed between Thursday 22nd December and Tuesday 3rd January. All orders placed between these dates will be despatched on and around Friday 6th January.

Refund & Exchange

Inch Blue offers a hassle free returns policy for exchange or a refund excluding extra charges for delivery. Please return unworn shoes enclosing receipt within 28 days to:
